Dragon Ball Z (commonly abbreviated as DBZ) It is a Japanese anime television series produced by Toei Animation. Dragon Ball Z is the sequel to the Dragon Ball anime and adapts the last 325 chapters of the original 519-chapter Dragon Ball manga series created by Akira Toriyama, Dragon Ball Z follows the adventures of the protagonist Goku who, along with his companions, defends the Earth against an assortment of villains ranging from intergalactic space fighters and conquerors, unnaturally powerful androids and near indestructible magical creatures. While the original Dragon Ball anime followed Goku from his childhood into adulthood, Dragon Ball Z is a continuation of his adult life, but at the same time parallels the maturation of his son, Gohan, as well as the evolution of his rivals Piccolo and Vegeta from enemies into allies.
Saiyan Saga:
Namek Saga:
Bulma, Gohan, Krillin reaches planet namek, but they find out an Evil emperor of the whole galaxy is already there for the dragon balls, his name is Freeza, who destroyed the Saiyan planet in the battle with Bardock (Goku's father). Vegeta helps bulma and her friends to stay alive, Then goku arrives to save the day and goku is now stronger than ever! Vegeta fears that Goku might have become a super saiyan!
Frieza Saga:
Piccolo is revived and brought to namek using namek dragon balls, piccolo fuses with Neil (A figher namekian who looks alike piccolo), but all of Vegeta, piccolo, gohan and krillin’s combined powers seems to have no effect on frieza, later vegeta dies in the hands of frieza, and goku starts to fight with his new powers after getting healed completely. Goku uses spirit bomb as his last resort but fails. Then frieza kills krillin which triggered Goku’s explosion of anger. Thus Goku transforms into a super saiyan and kills frieza,
Android Saga:
Imperfect and Perfect Cell Saga:
New android appears, his name is cell, he is from the future too! Cell wants to absorb, android 17, and 18, to achieve his perfect form. Goku is completely healed now but he realizes that no one is match for cell. Then all z fighters go to kami’s place to use the time chamber where 1 year is equivalent to earth’s 1 day. Vegeta trains with future trunks for one day and ascends, meanwhile cell absorbs, 17 and 18 so vegeta is no match for cell now, goku enters the time chamber with gohan.
Cell Games Saga:
Piccolo fused with kami so Dende is now guardian of earth. Goku fights with cell first and gave up! Gohan takes his place. Cell starts to hurt everyone to force gohan to become angry and finally gohan becomes super saiyan 2. In the explosion of anger. He manages to overpower cell, but cell tries to self destruct taking the whole earth with him, but goku instantly carries cell to king kai’s place and dies with the blast. But cell returns, and gohan finishes cell with the famous father son kamehameha!
Saiyaman Saga:
Goku is now in the other world enjoying meeting with all heroes of history, Gohan goes to School now and he has a brother named Goten. To fight the crimes of satan city Gohan becomes The great saiyaman. All prepares for the martial arts tournament, and goku returns earth for one day, but supreme kai is also here for a reason, tournament begins, and Videl (Daughter of Mr. Satan who took credit for defeating cell, and also an important person to gohan) is beaten badly, but at the end gohan is also drained out of energy.
Majin Buu Saga:
An ancient evil named Majin buu is being hatched from his egg using energy stolen from other peoples by the magician babidi, majin buu terrorises the world, Babidi gets control over vegeta’s mind and he fights with goku, they fight toe to toe but vegeta knocks out goku off guard, then he blows himself up with majin buu but fails to kill buu. goku’s time is up, goku transforms into super saiyan 3! Goku teaches trunks and goten the art of FUSION!. Gotenks is born.
Kid Buu Saga:
Gotenks lost even in super saiyan 3 form, Gohan accidentally releases an old kai by breaking the Z sword. Old kai releases Gohans potential latent energy but gohan is absorbed by buu, Then Goku and Vegeta fuses with potara kai earrings and becomes Vegitto. He easily overpowers buu and releases fat buu, goten, trunks and gohan. But buu transforms into the real evil kid form of himself and destroys earth! Later goku with other's help, revives the earth and kills kid buu with a spirit bomb. And earth once again becomes a peaceful place
