Kawaki’s Introduction In Boruto Chapter 23 – Explained

Hey guys! Hope you all are doing fine.
This post contains a lot of possible spoilers so whoever does not like spoilers please stay away from this post. So, without further delay let us begin.
First, let me share the information that we have thus far about Kawaki. Kawaki was first shown in the pilot of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. He has two curse seals much like Boruto Uzumaki. Also, he has supposedly defeated Naruto Uzumaki in the future.

Kawaki seems to be pretty powerful in future. Kawaki is yet to be seen after that. There were many theories about who Kawaki might be, and today, they have all been quashed. Let’s look how.

There were numerous theories about Kawaki being Denki Kaminarimon, or Iwabee Yuino and there was this absurd and funny theory suggesting the two somehow merged to form Kawaki.
But thankfully that is not the case and now through the leaked spoilers, we know that Kawaki is just Kawaki, and has nothing to do with Denki Kaminarimon or Iwabee Yuino.

Through the leaked chapter of Boruto manga, we know that Kawaki will be shown in the next chapter. There was blimp crash which was carrying the vessel that Kara organisation so desperately wanted.
And in the ruins of this plane Boruto Uzumaki, Sarada Uchiha and Mitsuki find Kawaki. It remains unknown what sort of vessel Kara wanted, and whether Kawaki is that vessel or not, we will have to wait and watch.

Also, when Kawaki was found by these Genin of Konohagakure, he had a similar mark on his face like that of every Kara organisation member has. This maybe proves that he is a member of Kara.
When Boruto Uzumaki first looks at him, he immediately notices that Kawaki has a similar curse mark like he has.
This certainly means that he has killed an Otsutsuki already and since every Kara member is an Otsutsuki killer, this just solidifies the point that Kawaki is a member of this organisation Kara. Boruto then sympathetically seems to help him. Now, what I think will happen is that the Team 7 will take Kawaki to Konohagakure.

Also, after the plane crash, my theory is that he will suffer from memory loss and thus would not remember what his aims and objectives are, and will certainly not remember anything about being a member of Kara.
So, when he reaches Konohagakure, I’m sure Naruto will handle him with utmost care. And another thing here to notice is that since Sasuke Uchiha is training Boruto Uzumaki, in my opinion Kawaki will be trained by the Seventh Hokage of Konohagakure, Naruto Uzumaki himself.

Thus, in the process of development, Boruto and Kawaki will get to know each other and maybe share a similar relationship like Sasuke Uchiha and Naruto Uzumaki. In my opinion, Kawaki will become like Naruto Uzumaki as he will train him and Boruto Uzumaki will become like Sasuke Uchiha and try to do everything on his own. That is why I think Boruto Uzumaki will leave Konohagakure, and become a rogue ninja for some time.

Kawaki will stay in Konohagakure and somehow later his faded memories come back and then he turns his back on Naruto and Konohagakure. Kawaki's introductionHe will end up defeating Naruto Uzumaki, who will be his sensei and absolutely destroy Konohagakure on his own. Then Boruto Uzumaki will return and avenge his father, Naruto Uzumaki and his village Konohagakure.

Well, that will be some story if my theory turns out to be true. That is it from today’s post about Kawaki’s introduction in Boruto. Hope you guys found this discussion interesting.
